The anti-cellulite massage is an intensive body treatment focused on the areas where cellulite tends to show — typically the thighs, hips and abdomen. The aim is to support local circulation and lymph flow, revive the tissue and, with regular sessions, help the skin's surface look firmer.
At Relax Spa VIP the treatment uses purpose-built techniques: kneading, squeeze-and-release compression and the signature lift-and-roll (palper-rouler). It is noticeably brisker and more dynamic than a relaxation massage — a session that works you rather than lulls you.
The 50-minute sessions give their best results as a course: most guests choose programmes of one to two sessions a week for six to eight weeks.
