Our menu lists 20 treatments, and first-time guests always ask the same thing: "Which one is right for me?" This article is our phone guidance written down — a four-question decision guide.
Question 1: Where is the fatigue — muscle or mind?
Muscle (stiff shoulders, back, lower back): look at the classic or deep tissue line. Mind (mental load, restless sleep): aromatherapy and anti-stress are your territory.
Question 2: How much pressure do you like?
"Strong — I want to feel it": deep tissue or sports massage. "Soft and enveloping": lotion or lymphatic drainage. Classic massage sits between the two — the safest first session.
Question 3: Do you love heat?
Two roads for heat lovers: stone warmth with hot stone, or candle warmth with the warm candle massage. Undecided? Check the season — in winter, heated sessions win by a mile.
Question 4: How much time do you have?
45-50 minutes: compact, single-zone sessions. 60 minutes: full-body classics. 90 minutes and up: ceremonial experiences like Thai or the Sultan.
Still undecided?
That is an answer too: the therapeutic massage was designed precisely for the undecided — the therapist reads your needs in the first minutes and blends techniques to your day. Or call us; two sentences and we'll point you right.
