A great spa day is never left to chance. With the right time slot, the right order of treatments and a little preparation, the same budget buys a far deeper experience. This guide comes from a team that has planned hundreds of spa days at our salon.
What time should a spa day start?
Short answer: at an hour you won't rush. Weekday afternoons are the quietest window; if you come at the weekend, aim for the first slots of the morning. Since we are open daily from 09:00 to 01:00, the after-work "evening spa day" keeps growing in popularity in İskenderun.
In what order should treatments go?
The golden rule: heat first, touch second, rest last.
- Begin with the hammam or sauna — heat softens the muscles and visibly amplifies the massage that follows.
- Then move to the massage: choose aromatherapy to unwind, or deep tissue for tired muscles.
- Close in the rest area: leaving without a tea break cuts the final layer of the experience short.
What should you bring?
Almost nothing — peshtemal, towels and slippers are prepared fresh for every guest. Drink plenty of water, eat something light 1-2 hours before, and commit to leaving your phone in the locker: the real luxury of a spa day is being unreachable.
Do you need everything in one day?
No. For a first visit, hammam plus a 50-minute massage is the ideal start; save the full day for next time. Call us and we'll shape the programme together.
